Railway is set up as a preloaded Hermes skill so you can run the hosting layer yourself. You create the customer-side Railway account and own the project; the static website deploys to your own Railway, and the skill teaches you how to keep it running. Railway is paid directly by you, not by me.
MXroute is set up as a preloaded Hermes skill so you can run the email layer yourself. You create the customer-side MXroute account and own it; up to three business mailboxes on your domain run on your own MXroute, and the skill teaches you how to manage them. MXroute is paid directly by you, not by me.
A Hermes skill connected to your own Notion workspace, set up during the install. You write a proposal, dump a meeting transcript, or keep an internal SOP and Hermes can read and write the page directly. Notion is paid directly by you (the free tier is enough to start). One customer-side skill included in the install; more customer-side skills will be available as paid upgrades.
I sit with you for 2-4 hours of live screen share so you know how to run Hermes, use each module, read the logs, update the system, run the Railway hosting and MXroute email using the preloaded skills, and add your own skills over time. You get a written handover document, 30 days of post-install email support (with up to three minor change requests included), and a voice-trained content assistant configured inside your own ChatGPT or Claude workspace, so your drafts sound like your business, not a generic AI. This is operator-side tooling; there is no customer-facing autonomous bot on your customers.
Optional ongoing support after the first 30 days is £195 per month and is not required; the system stands on its own without it.
You pick the kit. A Mac mini is the simplest entry point. An NVIDIA Spark-class box gives you more headroom for local models. A reputable VPS works too. I tell you what to order, what to avoid, and what the realistic running costs look like. If you already have a server class machine, you can use what you have.
A short intake session to walk through your business, the way you actually work, and which surfaces need wiring up. You send through any source material you want the system to know about, and you create or hand over the accounts the install needs to touch (domain registrar, your Railway account, your MXroute account, Zoho, social platforms, workspace). I take it from there.
I install Hermes on your hardware, configure the four modules for your tenancy, scrape your brand voice from your site on day one, and wire the system into your existing accounts. Railway and MXroute come preloaded as Hermes skills so you can run the hosting and email layers yourself. You get a clean handoff of the machine, the configuration and the accounts you keep owning.

Mercury OS is a growing system. As I ship new modules, the existing customer base gets them at a reduced rate. The specific discount for each new module is set when that module ships. You do not pay a subscription for access to future modules, and you are not asked to renew anything to keep the discount.
Founder pricing while we onboard the first cohort. The first 10 Mercury OS customers pay £1,495 for the install, whichever modules they take (one, two, three or all four), the preloaded Hermes skills, and the 2-4 hours of live training and handover. From customer 11 the price rises to £1,995 for the same scope. There is no monthly fee from us. You run the system yourself, including the Railway hosting and MXroute email, both preloaded as Hermes skills. The combined Railway and MXroute subscriptions are estimated at roughly £5/month, paid directly by you. Optional ongoing support is £195 per month after the included 30 days, and is not required.

You own the machine, the site, the domain, the content, the accounts, the brand profiles and the working documents from day one. You run it yourself; the £195/month optional support is off any month, and you keep every asset regardless.
