New free tool: AI Council, a town square of advisers for your next decision
Six AI advisers with very different mindsets live in a pixel art town square. Describe your business and your decision, and they will gather, argue it out, and hand you the objections worth worrying about, the risks worth flagging, and the cheapest tests to run first.
The short version: put your decision to the AI Council. Six advisers, a ranked list of objections, risk flags, a kill line, and cheap tests to run. No login, no email capture.
What it is
Meet the residents of the town square: Priya the cafe owner, who has seen margins shrink and rent rise; David in finance, who wants the numbers to add up before anyone gets excited; Margaret the accountant, who is looking for the tax and cash flow trap you have not thought about; Tom the growth marketer, who spots the channel you are ignoring; Sarah the customer voice, who asks whether real customers would actually care; and Niko from operations, who has to run the thing once you have said yes.
You describe your business and the decision you are weighing up. The six of them gather, read your situation from their own corner of the square, and argue it out. What comes back is not a chat thread: you get the top three objections ranked by severity, a set of risk flags, one falsifiable assumption with a kill line, and the cheap tests to run first.
Why we built it
Most AI tools answer you in one bland paragraph. A decision deserves pushback from different minds, and a single answer hides the reasoning that produced it. Watching the deliberation in the town square makes the thinking visible. You can see which adviser pushed back, why, and how the others responded, instead of trusting a black box that hands you a verdict with no trail.
The honest bit
A panel of six is not a market sample. Priya, David, Margaret, Tom, Sarah and Niko are distinct mindsets, not a statistically meaningful group of your customers, so treat their opinions as pressure tests rather than proof. The output is questions and tests to run, not a prediction. Nothing here tells you what will happen; it tells you what to check.
The free tier runs on free AI models, which caps how deep the advisers can push. You get three councils per hour, per visitor, which keeps the tool usable for everyone without a login wall.
The paid version
When your decision genuinely matters, the full council is trained on your real business data, your calls, your customers, your pricing, with hundreds of personas in the square. That version argues from your actual numbers instead of a short description. Get in touch via the contact page to set it up.
How to try it
Head over to the AI Council tool, describe your business and the decision on your mind, and give the town square sixty seconds to argue.
