AI Council
Describe a real business decision, convene six AI advisers, and get honest objections, risk flags and cheap tests in about a minute. Free, no signup, no login.
A rehearsal aid: questions, risks and tests. Not a prediction, not advice.
Bring a decision to the council
Describe the decision you are weighing up. The more specific you are, the sharper the pushback.
How the council works
You bring a decision, six archetypes debate it, and you leave with objections ranked by severity, risk flags, a kill line and cheap tests you can run this week.
- Six archetypes, fixed biases. The operator, the strategist, the sceptic, the economist, the customer and the operator's friend. Each one pushes from a different direction, so the whole council never agrees with you just to be nice.
- Free AI models under the hood. The free tier uses free, slower models, which is why a run can take up to a minute. There is no cost to you and no build step.
- On-device-free and private by default. No account, no login. Your attempt counter lives in your own browser. An email is optional and never required.
- Three free runs per hour. Each new decision counts. Replays and stance cards are free and unlimited.
What it does not do
- No market prediction. The council cannot tell you whether a decision will work. It can only show you what could go wrong and how to test it.
- Not advice. The output is a rehearsal aid for your own planning, not financial, legal or business advice.
- Not a market sample. Six fixed personas are not a survey of your customers. Use the cheap tests to check real demand.
Illustrative examples
These are examples to show the shape of a run, not outputs from the live tool.
Coffee subscription
Decision: launch a monthly coffee subscription at £25 for 8 drinks plus a free bean bag. The council flags cash-flow risk from monthly billing, a kill line around whether subscribers actually redeem drinks, and a cheap test: sell 20 vouchers in one week before committing.
Price change
Decision: raise the core service price by 12% next quarter. The council separates noise from signal, flags churn among your most price-sensitive customers, and suggests a cheap test: grandfather existing clients and pilot the new price with a small group before a full roll-out.
